🔍 Where do I find my Device ID?

You can find your Device serial number printed on the silver sticker located on the back or bottom of your Antlia device name as SN.

Common Queries

Reconnect all cables and the power adapter securely, then switch ON the device again. Check if the green LED is there on the power adaptor.

Check if the device is on and the green LED is  ON. Check the USB cable connections from the Device to the Laptop.

Run the verification process 3 times. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team.

Open Task Manager and check whether multiple app windows are open. Restart the app.

Record a video with sound and share it with our Customer Support team.

Please share the reports of the patients in which abnormal values were observed with our customer support team.
